Cancellation policy
- 50% deposit required up front to secure the booking
- If after the deposit/booking been confirmed the guest cancels 7 days before arrival (outside the week of their stay), a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If the guest cancels less than 7 days before arrival (within the week of their stay) the full cancellation fee will apply.
- Once the guest has checked into the guesthouse and needs to amend their stay to leave earlier, they will be billed for the nights stayed and two additional nights.
- Rates include 15% VAT.
